Wakestock Festival is one of the Europe’s largest wakeboard music festival.
Festival had been inaugurated by Mark Durston, which held every year in Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, in between Pwllheli and Abersoch.
The festival started in Abersoch, North Wales back in 2000, when it was a wakeboard contest with a party in a car park for 800 people, and from then on played host to some of the industries leading bands and DJ’s, along with the biggest wakeboard competition in Europe.
The second decade has been enter of this festival and becomes the part of the World Wakeboard Series.
Wakestock Festival returns in 2011 and this year the festival is going to be more entertaining and energetic as 2011 sees the line-up stronger than ever.Wakestock Festival 2011 lineup includes Biffy Clyro,Ellie Goulding,Chase and Status, The Wombats, Example and many more.
